Santa's Sparkling Steam Train Experience

The Experience

• 90 mins experience
• Can be taken at Chinnor Railway Station, Oxfordshire

All aboard for a magical Christmas adventure, complete with a visit to Santa and a little festive sparkle for the grown-ups!

Make this Christmas extra special with a wonderful family steam train journey through the beautiful Chiltern countryside aboard the Chinnor & Princes Risborough Railway.

Your festive adventure begins at Princes Risborough Station, where you'll climb aboard a traditional heritage train and settle into your reserved seats. As the steam train makes its way towards Santa's magical North Pole station, friendly Christmas elves will entertain the children with festive activities, puzzles, games and letters to Santa.

On arrival, discover Santa's enchanting workshop and grotto, complete with a magical woodland Christmas scene, reindeer and festive decorations. Little ones will have the opportunity to meet Father Christmas himself, share their Christmas wishes and receive a special present to take home.

There's plenty more to enjoy, including festive refreshments, model railway displays and wonderful opportunities to capture those treasured family Christmas photographs.

And for the grown-ups, we've added something extra special! Adults can enjoy a complimentary mini bottle of sparkling wine at their table, bringing a little extra Christmas cheer to this magical family outing.
