The whole experience was amazing, from booking in, to saying bye at the end! The whole team were so friendly and caring. A birthday never to forget. Sitting in the front with you, seeing the beautiful countryside with you pointing out certain landmarks and, as you said, a perfect flying day. Great experience. Staff were so friendly and very helpful. The pilot points out landmarks during the flight which adds an extra touch. Felt completely safe the whole time. You really get a sense that you're in good hands.

We thoroughly enjoyed the helicopter ride. The briefing etc was carried out well and photos etc, if a bit expensive, were good. My disappointment was the bubbles. Not a major part of the experience, but even so a bottle got out of a hot van, handed to us, no glass, no where to sit and drink it. Did feel that this was disappointing.

We had a fabulous time on the flight today celebrating my husband’s birthday . Jules was so knowledgable of the area we were flying over and made us feel in very safe hands . The ground staff were so friendly on check in and Janie and Dom were an absolute delight chatting to ! Well done the Team

I purchased the Dam Buster flight (30 mins) for my wife for Christmas as she had never been in a helicopter. She booked the trip to coincide with her birthday weekend. 19April. We arrived about an hour earlier than our planned trip, and was sat in car just waiting, when one of staff (didn’t get his name) approached and asked our details, which we gave. 5 mins later he came back and asked as we were waiting would we like to go on a 10 min flight for ?£? Each. Which we jumped at. Wife had a fantastic first flight, got off and was so emotional as it was something she had always wanted to do, but was so excited for her second flight. 2nd flight was even better. Saw some great sights. Pilot was brilliant , knew plenty about locations we flew over, handled the helicopter better than some I flew with in military 😅 All said, this is a great experience. Staff were brilliant from check in lady, to ground crew, all were friendly and welcoming. They couldn’t have done any more to make the experience so enjoyable.

Got this helicopter experience for my wife’s birthday, myself, my wife and our 9 year old daughter went up in the helicopter and had a tour over York. We all absolutely loved it, the experience was amazing and the crew were so friendly and well organised. I would definitely recommend.

After having the experience rescheduled multiple times (part personal reasons, part equipment issues) we finally managed to be take part on our helicopter flight experience. It was amazing, the staff were friendly and we felt like we were in safe hands. It was well organised and we got some amazing photos to remember our experience, plus a lot of the proceeds go to help the air ambulance charity so always happy to help.

It was an excellent experience and I would recommend it to friends and family. However, I was a little disappointed that we didn't fly low over the water as the dambusters did on their test flights. I assume this was because of safety and legal issues. But still, thank you for being my pilot today. Most enjoyable 👍

I booked this for my husband and grandson for Christmas in 2024, and due to cancellations it only took place today, but was definitely worth the wait. I paid extra for the extended Dambuster Tour so they had longer in the air, around 25 mins and my Autistic grandson absolutely loved it. Even better that the parking was across the road in the Moorlands Pub car park at Owler Bar, so handy for a drink, hot or cold and a toilet stop. Quick check in and the weather was beautiful and clear. Thank you everyone involved and sorry to the pilot if my grandson talked to much 😁

Well worth the cost. Arrived about an hour early for our Dambuster flight. Was just sat in car when one of staff (didn’t get his name) offered us a taster flight for x£ each, he didn’t have to do that, but we accepted. My wife was in tears after her first trip on a helicopter, and was totally exited for her main Dam Buster trip. I would highly recommend company. My wife had as fantastic time for her XMas present/Birthday. The staff at the helidrome were fantastic. From the lady in check in to ground crew, and photo guy. Not forgetting the pilot who did a fantastic job. Great commentary on the flight. We will definitely be back again. 5 Star review from me 👍🏻👍🏻

A fantastic helicopter flight over the Derbyshire Dales and Chatsworth House. Very organised from booking through to photos as you leave. Great staffing too. Pilot Tom was amazing, so informative throughout flight and paid extra attention to a younger passenger on our flight which I’m sure made his day. Would highly recommend and now hoping to do another .
