What a great experience. The helicopter pilot was great and talked us through what we were seeing. The simulator was broken so we were unable to have our go on this....but instead we were offered a flight in a 2 seater plane which was just fantastic. We were even given the opportunity to take the controls. Cafe was nice and we had a choice of anything on the menu . We finished a great day with prosecco to take home. An amazing experience...thank you. and good value for money

It was my fiancee birthday today and I booked the flight for her birthday. The weather was awesome, you could see for miles we had a great welcome from the staff and ground crew, the pilot was great and told us about lots of things that we could see form the air. Cant wait to do it again, amazing experience. Thank you

We had a great flight with Captain Tim. The scenery in Northumberland is just amazing, and the weather was perfect for it. It was raining the night before, and I thought the flight would be cancelled, but summer came along just in time. My only criticism is that we were told that there would be no chocolates for our "chocolates & bubbles" package because they just couldn't get any chocolates. That's a bit of a poor show. Considering that these flights are planned well in advance, I'm sure chocolates could have been arranged for the day. Overall, our experience was very enjoyable. Thank you!

I could not fault any of my experience! From start to finish all the guys made myself and my partner feel very welcome, they were down to earth, the health and safety at the venue was outstanding, facilities clean and very presentable, I would recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing adventure and a very happy and friendly atmosphere, and a massive thankyou to our pilot who was so informative professional and just an overall pleasure to travel with….but I’d 100% recommend Rich’s health and safety demonstration of the hole in the grass 😂 Thank you so much for making our first experience in a helicopter absolutely fantastic

From the check in desk to the end of the flight everything was organised and felt very safe,from the staff giving us the safety talk to entering the helicopter,the whole flight with communication about were we looking,to exiting out it was so well done,congratulations to all the staff they made this a great event and we would definitely do this again
