The staff were outstanding, so helpful and friendly. Our cream tea was delicious and staff couldn’t do enough for you. The unfortunate part was that it was not a steam railway experience owing to technical difficulties. This was a Christmas present for us from our daughter because she knew her Dad was a steam enthusiast so a little disappointing

This was a great experience from the moment we arrived. The staff on the ground were very friendly, welcoming and informative and took us through a clear safety briefing. We felt very safe in their hands. The helicopter was comfortable and warm and we had a great 30 minute trip over the southern lakes with good commentary from the pilot and fantastic views of Windermere, and the coast. It was so good we're thinking about doing another one over the Peak District or northern lakes.

My son and I had a wonderful time at White Waltham airfield with the aero Club. It was his first time in a light aircraft and he had control for the entire hour. The instructor was fantastic and let him pretty much fly the plane for the entire time including takeoff and landings. All in all it was a wonderful experience and highly recommended if you are into flying!

Fantastic experience. It would have been good to actually fly over Brighton Pier, which we passed from a distance. When we arrived to register for our flight, like other passengers we weren't sure we were in the right place as there was no signposting. A piece of A4 paper taped to the desk which said "Helicopter check in here" or similar would have been helpful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

What can I say? It was just brilliant from start to finish! The people that looked after us for the time we there, were so wonderful and attentive. They made sure we were ok, made lovely conversation with us and made us feel very welcome. They thoroughly explained all the safety protocols to us and they took our photo by the helicopter. They were very good at keeping everybody safe boarding the aircraft. The flight itself was spectacular! The views were stunning and we only took a few photos, to ensure we could properly take everything in, going on around us. It was so enjoyable and it’s amazing to say we flew above Central London in a helicopter! Once we safely landed, the lovely lady and her son was there to help me an off the aircraft, arriving back to our little base. Where they already had our photos printed and some chocolates and fizz for us to take home. We loved every minute of our experience and we would highly recommend getting yourselves booked in with them. Super professional and such lovely people. We were very lucky to meet them today 💜🚁 Thank you so much for making our experience so wonderful!

A fantastic experience! The whole team looked after us very well. I was lucky enough to sit upfront with the captain Tom Hebron. Tom made me feel at ease as soon as I boarded.
