Flight was great and the ground staff were all really nice and very friendly. Felt completely safe.. The flight would have been even better if the pilot had pointed out landmarks (other than just saying that's Newcastle City!). That's my only disappointment so would have been a 10/10

Amazing Today myself and my son had a flying experience on arrival Erika was very helpful and the flight with pilot Neil Jones was amazing. It was very smooth and the views were amazing too Would recommend and look forward to another experience in the future

A little waiting around due to the weather not playing ball early doors causing a little delay, but I did get notification of this prior. I was a bit apprehensive about this experience after reading negative reviews. But once we arrived and we met the lovely Erika she put us straight at ease, the man who took our safety briefing was funny and definitely helped make the experience easier. All the staff on the day took time out to talk to us and made us feel right at home. I definitely think we will be back but next time for a longer flight! Loved by people of all ages. Our youngest was 4- to nana whos age I dare not mention 😆. Thank you again! I would 💯 recommend.

It was amazing! I was lucky to be seated with the pilot. I couldn't believe how it felt to take off with ease. The Pilot explained everything and pointed out points of interests. I would like to say a big "Thank you"

This is a brief trip ... but enjoyable. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had an enjoyable lunch in Princes Risborough (20 minute walk) and returned on a later train

Had a flight as a gift from my wife for my Anniversary. What a terrific experience, had the half hour flight experience and wow what an experience. Flying between 1,100 to 1,400 feet. The bday was clear sunshine and therefore the views spectacular. The ground team and pilot absolutely fantastic; no questions were asked problem and so friendly and courteous. Did this with my 14 year old son and turned to be a very memorable birthday treat for him. Very well organised and all staff were great, but a special mention for Janie who really made us feel welcome and looked after us as we waited for our flight. Lovely viewing garden too where the rest of the family could watch us take off and have food and drinks while they waited. Definitely recommend
