Firstly, I wish to thank the whole adventure team for giving my Grandson and myself a truly wonderful and memorable experience. You all work together in a professional manner,giving advice and reassurance, covering all safety aspects. The Pilot gave us a super duper flight with informative landmark knowledge. My grandson was in awe !! All having a friendly manner and a unique sense of humour, added to the experience . An experience I highly recommend, especially if you wish to make ,truly awesome memories with your grandchildren. We certainly did!

We were made to feel so welcome as soon as we walked on site. We were slightly early, but welcomed in anyway and an instructor, Tony, was allocated to us. Tony was amazing! He talked us through everything and ensured that made the most out of our shooting experience. Thank you! The drink and sandwich at the end was very much welcomed. Thanks again.

We had an amazing helicopter experience today at Sleap Aerodrome in Shrewsbury! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the pilot was absolutely fantastic – professional, calm, and made us feel completely safe. My wife was truly impressed and pleasantly surprised. Flying over the beautiful countryside was unforgettable! We’ll definitely recommend Adventure 001 to all our friends. Thank you for such a wonderful day!

What an amazing experience this was! We did originally book for June, but it has to be postponed unfortunately. However, it was well worth the wait!! When we arrived, we spoke to Nicole who informed us where to go and what to expect from the day. We were given our flight number and waited for our flight to be called. The staff explained the safety procedures in great detail and explained to us how the trip was going to work. Very clear and easy to follow instructions soon followed. Then, it was time to get on board! It was such an amazing experience! Looking over the Shropshire countryside on a cold winter morning, was something to remember! When we landed, they escorted us back safely to the reception area where we received our complimentary champagne and we were given the opportunity to purchase a souvenir photograph infront of the helicopter as well! Every single person we spoke to and dealt with, were super friendly and professional. Especially Otis, the dog! Thank you all for a truly amazing experience!

I've had several helicopter flights where I've had limited control but with this extended lesson I was tested a lot more than previously. And I loved it. I felt I learned loads. No photos can do the feeling of flying a helicopter justice, you have to experience it. It was just over far too soon!

Our flight was on 29 October on the sunniest day of the week, which was fab as everything on the ground was so clear to see. All ground staff were welcoming and friendly. We got a safety talk so that we knew exactly what to do, and what not to do! Our pilot, Tom, was incredibly friendly and ensured everyone was comfortable for take-off, even down to warming the seats for us. He was informative, pointing out landmarks and allowing us to ask any questions as they arose. The only negative was finding the place. We went to the venue indicated only to be told that the flights were taking off from another field nearby. We were in plenty of time so it worked out OK. It would have been useful if Adventure 001 experiences had let us know of the change of venue and exactly where to find it. Thank you!

It was a super windy day and we weren’t sure if the experience could still take place however, our pilot Tom was absolutely amazing! The take off and landing were so smooth, you couldn’t tell there was any wind. The head sets allowed Tom to point out all the places of interest on our route and prevented us from hearing the rotor noise. It felt like we were in slow motion whilst in the air but Tom advised we were travelling an equivalent of around 90mph! I was expecting my stomach to be in my mouth at times with turbulence or when turning but this wasn’t the case at all - just pure pleasure from start to finish - I’d definitely recommend this experience. ❤️

It was a great experience definitely recommended The staff from checking in to the end of the flight were all so lovely and helpful. You are kept up to date with any irelevant information. Also a great day out watch the planes and helicopters taking off and landing, enjoy a bite to eat and drinks hot or cold in the cafe while your waiting.

Flight was amazing. Tom was most instructive. Pointed out all landmarks across Manchester. Ill be back for more next year.
