We had a fabulous day though I thought I had booked an afternoon tea as did a couple of other guests. The staff were AMAZING and so helpful and friendly. I was lucky enough to grab some additional foodie bits and turn the cream tea into an afternoon tea. highly recommended Thank you to all the staff for their kindness nad helpfulness

Great flight, really enjoyed the experience. Very professional company. Pilot instructor was great and very personable, not rushed and explained everything. Had a good time flying and controlling the plane after takeoff very good instructions and flew over Stourbridge then returned to Bobbington. The pilot landed, then changed over with other passenger and sat in the back while he had his lesson flew over Bridgenorth then back to airport.

I saw a lot of bad reviews but I can’t fault our experience. Of course the staff tried to upsell. It is a business after all so it is to be expected. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. My son is severely autistic and the staff were soo good with him, during the safety talk the member of staff wasn’t phased and gave him the safety belt to play with. They had ear defenders ready for him as soon as we landed. And when we left, the lady who checked us in, remembered his name and said bye to him. I found that really lovely. Thank you for a lovely morning

A great fun time. My instructor was friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed driving the tractor including hitching up a large trailer and manoevering that, I'd recommend this experience for anyone who loves tractors.

Everyone from the Ops staff to the Pilot was very friendly. The location (Enstone) was also great to fly from with a nice grass seating area next to the helicopter flights. Great for viewing

My husband and I had our 1st helicopter ride, what a ride it was. The pilot was friendly and knowledgeable of the area we flew over and we could see the Clent hills in the distance. Fantastic view, the ground staff were really friendly too. What a fantastic day I will be definitely recommending this experience to them.

The flight was a great experience for me as I was sitting on the left of the helicopter. My companion was on the right so her view was only of the South Bank and beyond. I kind of assumed you would fly along the Thames one way and back on the same route so that all passengers would have a good view of London's main landmarks, Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament . St Paul's, Hyde Park etc. at some point during the flight. It was still enjoyable but that was a shame for her

In terms of bucket list items, this gift covered the "most want to" category. I found using the website a bit tricky but the trip itself was marvelous. The company kept us informed of the weather delays so it wasn't a surprise when we got there. There was a good little cafe serving lunches, snacks and great coffee so waiting wasn't a problem. Our Pilot, Tom, was extremely helpful and professional, pointing out all the places of interest along the way. My tip would be: If you can afford to upgrade to the front seat, do it. The veiw was good from the back but mine was AMAZING from the front.

We had a brilliant time on our trip which seemed to pass so quickly, it was great to see our home island from above and it was great to see our pilot Tim not Tym so excited about the lift down the cliff in Shanklin. The weather was perfect and the atmosphere was really clear. The only reason for 8 rather than 10 is the very odd web site and its quirks. Thanks for a memorable trip and thanks to all involved
