My wife and I enjoyed the sparkling cream tea during the journey; slightly disappointed that the train couldn’t be pulled by steam but fully understand the fire risk reasons why it wasn’t possible. Our front facing volunteers in the carriage were Peter and Bertie who both made us welcome and were friendly and informative. We know that whilst highlighting these two in particular there are many more unseen volunteers who make the trip possible. Well done to all!

The day started lovely with drinks and before we got on the train, trip was lovely, scones were beautiful and fresh, tea was lovely and hot the attendants were very nice and extremely polite very informative. A shame it wasn’t steam but perfectly understand the reason it was nice to see the diesel as it was from Pete Waterman from Coventry where we are from.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought this experience for my boyfriend, and I have to say, it was one of the best days out we’ve had in a long time! Our instructor, Mark, was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient (truly the patience of a saint!), and had a great sense of humour. Mark made us feel comfortable and completely at ease throughout the experience, which was especially important for me as I had never held a gun before. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish, and I genuinely couldn’t recommend it enough — especially with Mark as your instructor. He really made the day memorable!

Pity it was late but it was a great experience and Joseph, the pilot was very friendly and informative during the flight. Only negative bit was it didnt last as long as i expected - 5/10 mins shorter. Great views during the flight but not easy to take some photos as i was sat in the middle. Overall I would recommend to anyone thinking about this, do it!

Wow 🤩. What else needs to be said. Our helicopter flight over London was an amazing experience & worth every penny. The whole process from booking right through to the actual flight was so well organised. Our first booking was postponed due to weather but the communication & help with the new booking was made so easy & straightforward. Every member of staff we came in contact with was helpful & friendly. They would bend over backwards to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Adventure001 again. The lady who conducted the experience (so sorry I can't remember your name!) was brilliant, informative, friendly and very good with the birds. The birds themselves were so lovely and well looked after, I was very surprised when she brought out Lincoln the bald eagle at the end and we were able to hold her, she was magnificent. I highly recommend this experience to anyone and everyone

Host was brilliant on the day , working with some 30 people she still managed to keep the experience engaging and personal . The birds, you just have to spend time with them to experience their individual personalities! The location was also very good behind the King’s Head Inn.

Loved the flight. Great views over York. Seeing the Minster and Cliffords Tower from the air was very special. Staff were very friendly and explained everything carefully. Buying yje champagne was a waste of time though as their were no glasses or area to drink it so we ended up just bringing it home. An anticlimax to a wonderful experience.
