I didn't appreciate being told a few days before our flight that we would need to pay a £5 fuel surcharge per person, which felt very much like price gouging. You should have purchased your fuel in advance like airlines do, so any price increases should impact customers buying their flights now, not many months ago. If you choose to run your business in that way then that risk is on you. It also felt unfair that everyone was asked to pay the same fuel surcharge irrespective of flight length (ours was literally five minutes). It all felt very expensive. Asking someone to pay £12.50 "admin fee" to change their weight is also a con, especially when it's the combined weight that matters (for a couple booking), which isn't explained anywhere until the last second, almost prompting people to change their stated weight unnecessarily.

Myself and my friend came on sunday 24th for a 25 shot experience. We have to say that it was a fab morning. Kevin who was doing it with us was absolutely great! He was friendly, knowledgeable and really took his time with us explaining everything. Would highly recommend coming here!

Amazing experience and the ideal place to be able to fly in a Helicopter from, we were blessed with very good weather, I would like to say that booking the experience wasn't very customer friendly and just appeared to money orientated for any extras offered including your weight if over 15 stone, the fuel surcharge and price charged for photographs on the day confirmed my thoughts and spoilt what would have been a good experience.

Tom was great and had a great sense of humour butbut it was advertised as Hill Dickerson and Anfield aerial view. Those on the left including me didn’t get a view of Anfield and those on the right didn’t get Hill Dickerson. Too much time spent on Aintree and over the sea instead of turning back. All staff including Tom and admin care were very helpful and friendly and allowed negotiations on photo prices. Very reassuring for me as I don’t get on well with heights. Just need to make sure they cover both stadiums for both sides and it would be perfect

The shooting instructor was abrasive and thought his lily comments were funny. Grumpy at first when I arrived and as waiting for my friend who as given a ride up to the cabin to sort out my booking birthday gift. I walked over casually just to say hi and was met with a very unhospitable red faced guy…I guess my friend will remember his name …shooting was ok but very basic..expensive day out travelling an hour and just a basic cup of tea and tasteless cake x25 shots, but i enjoyed being my friend and was a nw fun experience ….lots of room for improvement

My wife and I attended a falconry session with Raptorcare at Godney in Somerset. The three hour session was informative and entertaining, in the beautiful countryside overlooked by Glastonbury tor. Tony and his assistant Nathan made sure everyone had the opportunity to get up close to the birds, answering everyones' questions and imparting lots of interesting facts. Well worth getting up early for.

I really enjoyed the helicopter ride but I have been on two 6 mile trips and they were as long as the 12 mile trip I paid for which was almost double the price. So I was not happy with that. I was not happy with the venue as it was a boiling hot day and had to stand in bushes which wasn’t much cooler and had lots of stinging nettles. There was no toilet. It was a very random location . If I do the ride again I will definitely not be going from there. I’m sorry to be so negative but that’s how I felt

The session started with us being advised how to interact and handle the birds, and the emphasis was on the welfare of the birds. We then had birds landing on our gloved hands to take food. There was then a flying display of many falcons and owls. Next we had the opportunity to handle some of the smaller birds such as peregrine and kestrel. The final activity was watching a pelican being hand fed (literally) by one of the professional handlers. The handlers were obviously very knowledgeable and experienced, and had a very caring attitude to all the birds in their care. The whole three hour session was a fantastic experience!

Good morning to you all Im sorry to give you 4 star but i hope you will understand at the end of my review I booked this experiance for my 15 year old daughter who is autistic has pda // aad // has sensory issues she loves her animals espeically birds and wants to go to collage to work with birds and so we looked at your website and thought great .. lets go.. even though it was 2 hours away and tilly does not travell very well because of her issues We arrived 10 mins late //really sorry // as our journey took 3 hours but we got there On arriving the chat had started but only to see there was another 30 people standing there tilly clearly had her registad disabled lanyard around her neck as did myself as i am her carerer I feel that the falconar did not understand or noticed that she had issues as he shouted at her not to touch the bird ..understandable she knows this BUT it was the way he spoke to her i did not say anything at the time as not to cause any issues and so we carried on waiting and waiting he was very informative but unfortunatley so many people were talking over him and he was being drowed out i thought they were being very rude to him if we had realized there was going to be so many people there we proberly would not have booked your selves and gone a little closer to home...crosby...it was just so much time wasted waiting to have interaction with the birds maybe if you had smaller numbers of people it may have been a better experiance your falconer tried but just to many people and so that is why i have givern 4 out of 10 BUT on a high note tilly asked if he had any feathers from the bald eagle and he was able to find her one that made the 6 hours car trip a little easier I hope this helps Thank you Regard Les Tillys dad

We had the flight bought for us from our daughter for our 30th Wedding Anniversary & chose this location as it was close to us. The check in & safety information was all great. The flight was great and pilot telling us what location we was flying over, getting lovely photos. The flight was meant to be 18 miles and we got 13.85 miles, so a 23% less ride. When we landed & the lady took us back to look at our photos I said we had a bottle each of bubbly to come. She went quiet & just said there is only 1 bottle left as someone didn't order enough. She handed it to me with no apology & the bottle was warm. What was supposed to be a lovely experience for what our daughter paid we feel this has let it down.

What an experience! I took my mum for her first ever flight in a helicopter and we weee really well looked after. Great pilot but even better ground staff (Barton) who made my mum feel really special. thank you very much.
