I really enjoyed this experience. The pilot was very professional and explained everything before take off. I got to use the controls whilst airborne and the views were amazing. The airfield was welcoming and has a good cafe. Highly recommended. The only downside was on my first visit I was not able to fly due to poor visibility, so I would suggest you always phone the airfield before setting off on your journey there.

Thank you Tom for making my birthday special! I did not know what to expect as it was my first time on a helicopter. The take off and ride was so smooth, I thought I was going to be scared but not at all. The description of the landscape was well appreciated. I will definitely consider bringing my kids for a flight. I have recommended it to everyone who will listen.

Was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and the pilot was very skilled, with a smooth take-off, flightpath and landing. The view from the skies was stunning as we got the last flight and the clouds had started to clear so we had beautiful sunshine for the afternoon. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and plan to book a longer flight sometime in the future.

We were welcomed and helped with boarding by all the staff and once on board were very comfortably seated. The cream team with champagne was delicious and the commentary about the trip and the history of the railway was very informative and interesting. I have to say how much we appreciated the help from the staff, in particular Keith, Martin , Roger, Francis and Lynne. My husband has difficulty walking and getting up steps and they could not have been more kind and helpful. All in all, it was a great experience for us!

Lovely trip from Chinnor to Princess Risborough on the train. The cream tea was delicious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Shame the weather meant that it couldn't be a steam train but totally understandable.

We had such a fantastic time. Our pilot, Joseph (accompanied by his lemon), was brilliant and gave us a choice of where we wanted to go. We live in Kenilworth, so Joe took us over the town, pointing out the castle and the kids’ school. We even worked out later that a group of tiny people in one of our photos was a group of my son’s friends! The trip had a lovely relaxed vibe and Joe had endless patience for our many questions, answering them all clearly and with humour. One of the best family activities we have ever done and worth every penny.

We experienced the cream tea ride which was very pleasant though relatively short. As a non-tea or coffee drinker I would have appreciated a soft drink as an alternative, rather than the plain bottle of water offered. Train was very hot but it was a particularly hot day. Scones, cream, jam and sparkling wine were very nice.

I purchased flight from a friend randomly at a poker night on a Monday as he sadly double booked himself. Weather was perfect. Airport was busy due to a spitfire that was on site. We were early and I spoke to Nicole and she explained to me some difficulties with internet and they were running behind so no panic therfore we popped to the bar for a drink. When we returned there were a lot of people about due to delays but helicopter crews contingency plan was working well.. little behind schedule but they offered us shelter and water while we waited.we were weighed and safety brief. Staff were extremely diligent and used good communication with hand signals around aircraft.we each had a photo together then they personally locked in out seat belts earphones on and then we all in the hands of a pilot Tom. Tom was very informative and open to questions and was keen to point out landmarks some of witch you wouldn't know was there from ground level. Some awesome views close and in the distance also some secrets that a dare not mention. All in all it was a fabulous experience and would recommend. My thanks to the ground crew again for dealing with a difficult situation so well

Ryan was excellent in sharing his knowledge in a friendly and engaging manner. We learned about the world of birds of prey from how they hunt, eat and manage in the wild, as well as scotching some of the "facts" about owls. Ryan ensured everyone in the group was engaged and got a chance to handle each bird.
